i want to understand the hype >.<

never got through the whole movie, it was rather pointless..,the story wasn't very original, and Rust wasn't that charming as what he has probably hoped for. very disappointing to see Hayden Panettiere in this one. and even of a big shock to find out Chris Columbus did this horrible film.

I just watched this movie again, and i always feel nostalgic every time i see this movie, the first time i saw it was when i was about 9 years old, and the magic is always there...magical and sad... but beautiful. Impressive animation, great story, and of course, the songs were beautiful. "Prince Lir: a happy ending can not come in the middle of a story Molly: but why isn't there any happy endings at all? Schmendrick: there are no happy endings because nothing ever ends."
