Probably the best of the prequels, but that isn't saying much. The dialogue is again mostly terrible. However this time around there is hardly any cringe worthy romance scenes between Anakin and Padme. Ewan McGregor's Obi-Wan Kenobi performance has greatly improved, but Hayden Christensen's acting is still pretty poor. The opening sequence of the film is very good, showing a huge space battle. The Anakin vs Obi-Wan fight is fast and spectacular and the Yoda vs Sidious fight is enjoyable and showcases ILM's wonderful CGI. The battle on Mustafar though is let down in my opinion by the overwhelming orange colour of the lava, It's just too much and the CGI becomes over the top. Ian McDiarmid is wonderful as Palpatine and Samuel L. Jackson gives a good turn as Mace Windu. Most things are tied up nicely in this film, however one major sub plot cut from the film was the formation of the Rebel Alliance, a key moment in Star Wars mythos. For such an important and pivotal moment, it seems stupid for it to have been cut. My rating for this film is very biased as i really like Star Wars, however i hope my review is more fair.

Fantastic film, fantastic performances. A fresh approach to all the vampire movies there have been recently (I am looking at you Twilight!). All i can say is see this film because it's brilliant.

An awesome film!!! Hugo Weaving is really good in this film, while Natalie Portman shows she can act and really gets away from her restricted role in the Star Wars movies. A very clever and impressive film.

This has to be the best film ever made. Acting, the effects, the directing, everything is excellent. Rightly deserved the 11 Oscars that it won. A total epic.
