"Don't make me hungry, you wouldn't like me when I'm hungry."
Compared to the 2003 adaption, this was a masterpiece. My opinion might be biased because I think Ed Norton is a genius, love 'im, but I'm still not sure I would of chosen him for this role. It's not great but I li...( read more) -

A very nice action film from Marvel. Well acted and the story flows well. The CGI was not realistic, but that may have been exactly what the director intended. Robert Downey Jr appearing at the very end wets the appetite for much more....

A much better version than the one from Ang Lee. Norton and Roth are on good form and Leterrier does not over do the action. Loved the cameo at the end by Mr Downey Jr. I can't wait for them all to be in the same film! Best scene - Tim Roth hitting a tree, that gotta to hurt!

I initially thought The Incredible Hulk was a slight notch below Ang Lee's 2003 version of Hulk, but the more I see it (at my 2 year-old daughter's insistence) the more I like it. That aside, this movie is much better than I was expecting considering the guy who directed The Incr...( read more)

Next to the Christopher Nolan Batman films, this is probably my favorite superhero adaptions. While it's not an exact translation, it is justified in changing what it did. It really got the overall feel of the comics, which was the most important part. Edward Norton just complete...( read more)
Critic Reviews
In close-up the Hulk is more cartoonish than scary, but when he's ripping armed vehicles to shreds? Kewl. full review
The chief fault of The Incredible Hulk is that it aims to be the diametric opposite of Lee's, and it jettisons what actually worked. full review
The latest spin on the Marvel comic-book hero delivers the popcorn goods. full review
It sidesteps the intriguing aspects of Hulkdom and spends way too much time in, dare I say, noisy and mindless action sequences full review
The new movie about Dr. Bruce Banner is called The Incredible Hulk. But let's not get carried away: The Adequate Hulk would have been a more suitable title.
The saga is uneven and there are plot holes, but as a popcorn movie steeped in action, it keeps our attention. full review
It's the crappy summer blockbuster Marvelites probably deserve. full review

July 17, 2008Loved the movie. Way better than the terrible first one. This is totally a new francise of Hulk. I was not that crazy about Liv Tyler as Betty, but she did pretty well.
Now did anyway catch or see how they brought in another villain??? Yep there -
