So, I didn't realize this was an HBO movie when I rented it. Chris Cooper is hella annoying in this. Well, his character was annoying, so job well done I guess. The opening scene is awesome, the always watchable Maggie Smith + cool imagery = a winner. But, to me, things got le...( read more)ss interesting as it went along. Ultimately, it feels too thin, and not worth the trip. This isn't bad, exactly; but you can pass.

Sometimes you find comfort and unconditional love from people who are complete strangers to you, but when you get to know them, you'll see that you're all looking for the same things in life, and that each of you are capable of giving a piece of yourself to make each other complete.

This is a beautiful movie...even though it's so sad and the acting is amazing! Maggie Smith really deserved that Emmy Award she won for her lead role! :D
