This is the last time Joel Schumacher made a good film! It has become a real classic and rightfully so, Michael Douglas is brilliant.

This is an interesting movie, flawed yes, but the whole thing works in ways you would never expect. Michael Douglas is certainly the main strenght of the film, and it makes you forget all the nonesense with the kid and the bazooka, and other cartoonish scenes. D-FENS is probably ...( read more)

Unintentionally hilarious, like most of Schumacher's work. With some horrible acting, stereotyping and bad filmmaking, it makes for one bad movie. It's like a brainless Taxi Driver, but worth watching for a few laughs. The Neo-Nazi scene is just about one of the funniest things.
