As with the first, a very interesting adaptation bogged down by a low budget, but the original story was changed a little too much in this outing.

Ken'ichi Matsuyama did a much better job being L in this one than in the first Desu nôto film. The mask was adorable. :D

much better than the first movie and definatly mug more memerable. The effects are bearable once you get used to them but the psycological warfare still remains which makes this movie awsome.
