Fun to laugh at, but they were totally trying to be serious and they know it.

It had everything to be a great one, just needed to follow the TRUE EVENTS part by the book and to hire a couple of actors that didn't make you want to call in sick for a month after you seen them act...
Didn't go for any of that though. Tss tss... -

To desecrate such a beautiful and wondrous location with a talentless piece of filmic drok like this is akin to shitting in the Trevi Fountain. All those stars are for the disused sanatorium where this garbage was inflicted.

September 15, 2007Yeah, it's called Waverly Hills Sanitarium and it's near Louisville Kentucky. THAT'S what makes it so scary! This place is real. And the docudrama they put out about making this movie is even better!

It was based on true events, since during the white plague, there actually was a Hospital that, to keep it's death toll low, moved bodies through a tunnel. Later called 'The Death Tunnel'. It is claimed to be one of the most 'haunted' places on the planet to this day.
There was a special on Discovery. -
