Well my rating is for the entire series. You just don't come across such in depth stories, characters and plots all in one series or movie. It's spectacularly written very intriguing with a great battle of wits between the protagonist and antagonist. The back and forth ideas fro...( read more)

I love the Death Note series but must admit the live action films are the best. The anime angers me the way it ended. So cruel! So disappointing.

February 9, 2009The only fact that is not convincing is that Yagami Light was not deafeated by Near, but beacouse of a mistake made by the other guy.
The same with L, Light didnīt defeat L, the Shinigami did.
That is dissapointing. -

July 29, 2008Oh god, of course sitting like that does that shadeypwns lawl :3
if i get to visit my friend in the US, we're going to cosplay as Misa and L, i'm going to be L.. she said she thinks she wouldn't be able to pull of a Light, what a shame, though i'll still try talking to her about it, that would be awesoem, to have an LxLight <3. I'm gowing my hair now, so it'll be like L's, and i've found myself to be extremely like him, especially his behavior and habits -- even before i watched the movie, and i have always considered being a detective... and personality, and everything. well, overall i fell in love w/the character, and i'll do my best if we get to cosplay :3. I trust dari would do a good misa, she has blonde hair, though i bet she'd do an awesoem Light too =P. -
July 26, 2008L will always be the coolest character in Death Note! I'd have never found out that sitting with your knees increases your logic skills by 40% if it wasn't for him!
