Not bad, not good. The whole film was like that. The direction, the acting, the story, the narrative. I was expecting more and and I got something in between...

I could watch both Jenniifer Connelly and Paul Bettany read out the phone book and still be amazed at how great they are as actors. Although slightly long, a nice movie with wonderfully acted moments, the story could of done with bein a bit tighter and not focused so much on his ...( read more)

I love that there is finally a movie about Charles Darwin & The origin Of Species and that this movie stars Paul Bettany, but I am worried that this movie will not live up to its potential after seeing the rather drab trailer and the negative reviews from TIFF.

Just want to draw everyone's attention to this UK film starring Jennifer Connely and Paul Bettany playing Charles Darwin and Emma Darwin. Basically the film focusses on Darwin's theories on evolution and relationship with his wife. Contains various other Brit actors too.

I have no real keen interest in seeing this, I just think its so adorable that Jennifer and Paul are playing husband and wife - considering they are in real life. I love little things like that. It's so perfect.
