February 19, 2008This film was recommended to me a number of years ago by a girl I had recently became friends with. Being a French romantic comedy, I would admit it was a film I would have normally overlooked. I am glad to say I did watch it and I am much the better for it.
It is quite simply a beautiful, uplifting, quirky tale. I quickly fell in love with the magical world of Amelie, just as I fell in love with the girl that recommended it to me. We are still together to this day and this film will always remind me of when we met. -

July 29, 2006Great movie! We watched it in our Grade 12 French Class and it was awesome. That clip doesn't compare to the movie. Another good french movie is... "Love Me If You Dare" or as we all called it: "Cap ou Pas Cap"!

But about the real movie:
When you have seen Amelie, you couldn´t go away without a smile on your face. -
