Naked Lunch...It is a very bizarre film,i accept,i bought the book after i watched it and couldn't possibly understand a word but the film is quite attractive,disturbing and complicated,like the other Cronenberg films and almost none of the Cronenberg films can be my favorite(except 'The Brood' and 'Dead Zone',and they're not typical so)but i can't help myself to watch and explore his films.It's always a mixture of subconscious elements,desires,biologic experiments....sometimes just with symbols and instruments.Hard to explain.I'm okay with the last two,because i think you can't do it all the time...He made good examples so far and as a matter of fact the last two were not so regular as well.

The girl locked on the basement,she's extremely funny and a bit scary,this is the scene I remember the most

It's really a good movie,one of my favorites,the dosage and acceleration of tension seemed to me almost perfect during the film and the idea of using 'lemmings' into a film such in that way is really wisely.I'm not usually satisfied with the ends of movies and so with this,but it's ok anyway.

I couldn't get why it's so important and has really big fans,sorry.

Almost the worst movie,I've ever watched,almost.

It's a wonderful,wonderful,wonderful film.A shocking entrance with a strong,wrathful and at the same time forgiving and majestic piece of music and then it goes with a splendid narration of what has to be told in a perfectly glorious way,and ends up with great sadness,understanding hate & love.It's about conscience,one word.I enjoyed,loved every minute of it.Tom Hulce,old-young-adult-mad Salieri are amazing,überhuman performances...So human,so smart...

Regan's dysmorphic face is the most scariest image of my whole cinematic memory.

Filmi dün izledim,hikaye anlatilmaya elverisli,ilgi çekici bir hikaye,evet.Brad Pitt hiçte fena sayilmaz,özellikle yasli oldugu sahnelerde,tecrübesizligini,safligini gayet güzel yansitiyor ama benim bünyem maalesef herkesler bayilirken Cate Blanchett'i bi türlü kaldirmiyor(Elisabeth ve I'm not There'deki performanslari hariç)Onu izlerken ciddi bir yapaylik,hesaplilik duygusuna kapiliyorum.Dolayisiyla ayni sey bu film içinde geçerli,onun yerine baskasi oynasa nasil olurdu diye düsünmekten alikoyamadim kendimi.Tabii tek sorun bu de?il 3 yildiz vermemde;rastgele açiklamam gerekirse makyajlar iyiydi ama kendilerini hissettirmeyecek kadar degil,yan karakterler çogunlukla ortalama ve bazilari vasattilar,simdiki zaman ve geçmis zaman arasindaki geçisler yeterince akici degil ve yeterince akilci degildi,sikilmadim ama bilmiyorum..Filmdeki en iyi sey benim için Julia Ormond'un oynadigi karakter Caroline'in varligiydi.Filmi elbette tekrar izliycem,fikrimin biraz da olsa degisecegini biliyorum,ayni sey Zodiac'ta da olmustu,tekrar izledikten sonra daha çok sevmistim.Belki bende bu filmi 'unusual circumstances' altinda izlemisimdir ama favori Fincher filmlerimden biri olmayacak,Zodiac'in önüne de geçemeyecek.Fincher kendi tablosunu bütünüyle görememis sanki bu sefer,kendi deyisiyle;
'Bir sahneyi çekmenin olsa olsa iki yolu vardir ve bir tanesi mutlaka yanlistir.'
Bu sefer bu filmi çekmenin birkaç yolu oldugunu anlamis ta hangisi olduguna karar verememi?.
Tekrar izledigimde fikrimi degistirirsem ya da üzerine yeni bir seyler söylemek istersem alta ekliycem,üsteki seyleri silmiycem.

Why they ruin everything?Making a rational,unsatisfactory expansion at the end of the film.Medication doesn't work,but hypnosis works!!It'd be much more satisfactory if the story is about an alien who came to earth and.....I accepted Prot as a K-Paxien,I've got nothing to do with the rest of it.
