A great modern day Western. Crowe and Bale share the big screen to fit the story's character personalities very well as enemies that earn eachother's respect for their own unique reasons.

What a unique film, not quite vampires but as if a different breed. I love the concept of the 30 days where the sun doesn't shine(based on fact) because I was in Alaska years ago when the sun was shining 22 hours a day and it is like being on a different planet. It gave the sense of a possibility to this wonderful but terrifying horror coming to the real world in Alaska's towns. Highly recommended.

Frank Miller's film technique looks so good on the big screen. Gerard Butler proves his dominance as a fantastic actor as the role of King of Sparta. Unforgettable.

Not an awesome movie but the funny factor is through the roof. Guaranteed you'll laugh until your cheeks hurt.

Really cool looking movie but all-in-all it's just another matrix knockoff. Add an extra dose of sci-fi.

A profound and somewhat abstract film that addresses so many points about the hypocrisy and discriminations of modern day American society.

Edward Norton's best film aside from Fight Club. He was born for this movie. Brings up the sensitive topic of race and sends a message to the audience we can all learn from regardless of ethnicity or race. Absolutely magnificant. No Disney ending here kids.

Really cool for the first big scene then kinda levels out. Don't let it get your hopes up but don't pass it up if you get the chance.

Looked okay but the terrible CGI during action scenes ruined it. Characters movement was more like gumby than human.

Such a diamond in the rough film. Wouldn't tell by looking at it that this movie will become a "must own" the second you finish watching it.

Awesome recent adaptation to a 50+ year old comic. Really liked the film style used, the costumes and color just had a neat classic comic feel to it.

It works as a view on how real college is. Great for the surround sound but don't expect to be blown away by the plot or performance execution.

In my opinion you really don't have to be a die-hard Final Fantasy fan to enjoy this movie. So long as you are into anime this is an awesome action/fantasy that looks beautiful, especially in high definition.

If you are in to any board sports you'll like this documentary. Gives a good look on the history of snowboarding and the effects the new generation of riders will have on the sport's future. Not to mention a super fun soundtrack.

Brotherhood and unconditional love is the moral of this intense, adrenaline fueled film and anyone with a sibling or best friend will relate.

A perfect movie for the time, when all the comic book characters are getting movies made of them. Pixar is genous.

Worst movie I've seen in years. Horrible concept, terrible script, and bad bad bad special effects. Really though, how did they score so many stars to act in this film? Too many heads getting cut off and slow motion following them flying away for no reason. It was like a child's attempt at a Lord of the Rings remake. Avoid it if you can. One star for getting the cast.

Fun action sci-fi with lots of interesting characters, each very unique that offer a valued skill.

Dramatic and powerful scenes carried out succesfully by a great cast. A scary and true to life realization film about the business of gun smuggling and the fortune and misfortune from which it spawns. Moral boundaries are crossed and lines between what is good and what is right become difficult to judge. Overstepping our own day-to-day thought process to take it all in is the only way to understand the depth this film has in opening the eyes of the people who don't always see the terrifying truth of the real world we live in, and most often take advantage of.

Heath Ledger couldn't have played a better Skip. Emile Hirsch, however, hasn't impressed me in any of the films I've seen him in and won't be living up to any hopes in this one either.

Not a typical vampire movie, a kind of mix between comedy and scifi. Classic.

Ebert is right about alot of things but this movie, he is not. Out of his age target market to give a good judging in my opinion. Kevin Smith fans are born because of this movie, if you don't enjoy it you were probably born earlier than 1970 or after 1995
